What can Heather burn a design onto?
Hats, bags, shoes, and wood. If you have something else in mind, send it over and she’ll let you know what works.
How does the design get approved?
Send your idea and Heather sketches it, confirms the price and timing, and burns it once you approve. Nothing is locked in until you say yes to the design and the price.
Do you ship, or can I pick up locally?
Both. Shipping is available nationwide, or you can arrange local pickup in West Jefferson. Shipping is confirmed with you before anything ships.
What does a custom piece cost?
Hand-burned hats are $60, and that price includes your custom design, with no extra charge for the design itself. Want a custom band (leather flowers, feathers, cards, or a color of your choice)? Add $20. Bags, shoes, signs, and other pieces are priced per project. Send your idea and Heather will confirm the price before any work begins.
How long does a custom order take?
It depends on the design and how full her queue is. Heather gives you a timeframe when she sends your design plan and price.
Can you do a rush order?
Working toward a certain date? Add it to your request and Heather will let you know what's doable.
